The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our pet-friendly room was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and clean. The proximity to a fenced dog park across the street was perfect for our pup!

Spotless and cheap room and good bed so I slept well.

It is undoubtedly a well-kept and quiet option when you are in Comox. The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the mountains and the ocean-lots of windows. Cheap room, shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the room.

The room had a good location, quiet in the evenings with no traffic noise. The staff was friendly and quick to respond when I asked for more towels. The unit was quite cold upon arrival. The thermostats were set too low, and it took time to warm up. The bathroom window had a broken handle, letting in cold air. The furniture in the living area seemed dated, and the bed left much to be desired for comfort. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere but felt the facilities were lacking overall.

The room was well-equipped, it had a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets. The hotel was in an exceptionally nice location very close to good restaurants and stores in both Comox and Courtenay and the Comox airport and centre of Comox. Furthermore, in beautiful surroundings...

My brother and I were in town for a family medical emergency. It provided a convenient, close to everything, comfortable, quiet oasis for us for the 3 days we were in town. We enjoyed the continental breakfasts. Lots to eat, with the best coffee. Thank you!
I like fans in the bathrooms, although also liked the window. Perhaps the carpets could be lifted to remove musty smell as it never stops raining?

Rooms were clean, well maintained, reasonably comfy. Internet access was handy via wire or wireless. Breakfast, continental, was good. Staff very responsive - our arrival was late, needed a room change to one with AC - was handled very quickly and smoothly. Thank-you. Inn within walking distance to downtown Comox and the harbour, also close to Courtney. We'll be back.
Breakfast could have longer wait times if Inn gets busy - limited seating. Could use more comfy chair or back rest cushion for end of day TV watching - neither chair that comfy and reclining on bed could make for sore back.

The staff were friendly and helpful .
Upon arrival, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. I was shocked to find hair left in the toilet and bathtub from the previous guest. The room felt tired and could use some significant updates. A little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would go a long way.

I liked the proximity to everything; the room was large and comfortable and the bed great.
The pillows were hard and the cleaning solution was a little overpowering.
